Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your posters arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Email us with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund based on your preference.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (printed to order), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or if you no longer want the product after purchase. Please double-check your selection before completing your order.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with your order number and photos of the item received.

We will send the correct item as quickly as possible or issue a full refund.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for other designs or sizes.
Returns Shipping
Because our products are printed to order, we generally do not require returns for damaged items. However, if a return is requested, shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
